Description
My client provides engineering services to one of the world's largest international oil and gas companies. They are currently seeking to employ a Master Electrician / Instrumentation Technician to be based at their plant in the northern Mariane Islands on a year contract. Housing and flights will be provided by the company.

This dual Electrical / Instrument Technician is an integral role responsible for maintaining assets to ensure safe, sustainable and reliable performance in line with best practice. Will be utilizing fault finding and inspection skills on preventative and break down maintenance with fixed plant equipment.
- General electrical service, maintenance, and installations
- Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspection, and testing of client systems.
- Communicating with customers upon arrival and before leaving work sites. Meeting with customers to review assignments and analyze problems
- Involvement in challenging projects
- Read and interpret an electrical drawings
- Quoting small works and site management
- Must have valid Electrical license
- Conversant with current variation supplies. Ability to switch current supplies to different outputs in both Single & 3 Phase I.e. US 110v 60Hz to 220v 50Hz or vice versa.
- Ability to review bid documents pertaining to Electrical work.
