• To perform daily maintenance routine duties and report any breakages, damages to the Maintenance Manager or Factory Engineer.
• Complete daily logbook and all required documentation timeously and accurately
• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance in a timely manner with no risk to food safety or production
• Stock control of consumables and equipment
• Ensure health and safety, housekeeping and hygiene practices are always maintained
• To be a mentor to others in the department and guide the team
• Live by the In2food Values and Leadership characteristics always

Educational requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• N1 – N3 qualifications in electrical engineering studies (Red Seal)
• Mathematical Skills: General Mathematics. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
