Duties & Responsibilities
Our client in the Automotive Components Manufacturing Industry is seeking for a qualified Electrical Robotic Technician to join their team in Gqeberha.
Requirements:
N6 OR Equivalent Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Electrical trade test essential
Candidate must have 3-5 years' experience in the Automotive Industry and in pint line control systems
Knowledge, experience and qaulification in PLC programming, reading electrical schematics, drawings and fault finding
Responsibilities:
Unique set of hard and soft skills
Maintain, program and ensure the continnous maintenance of Robotic equipment within the manufactoring enviroment
Maintain all paint processing including equipment, thermal oxidizers, air supply inits, conveyors, dry scrubbers etc.
Plan, excute and provide feedback on preventative maintenance within the plant with the aim to increase manufacturing efficiency
Document all process parameters and report out of control conditions
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
Maintain safe and clean working enviroment
Comply with procedures, rules and regulations
