Description
Our Industrial tooling Client is currently looking for a E-Procurement Project Leader based in Kempton Park
They will be working closely with Big Business and Key Accounts, scouting for E-procurement customers (customers whose IT and purchasing systems will be integrated with our system)
Needs to have a basic understanding of all: IT, business, development, sales
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working closely with and maintaining good working relationships with big business and key account sales teams
- Sourcing E-procurement customers whose systems will be integrated with those of the business
- Within the E-business department, work in collaboration with IT and commercial teams, initiating E-procurement projects
- Responsible for E-catalogues, punchout solutions, EDI exchanges and advanced functionality of online shop for specific customers
- Develop technical concepts with customers and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Launch new projects
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric or equivalent
- Completed qualification/s in Business Management and/or in IT
- Relevant business experience in a complex organisation, including sales, purchasing and IT systems
- Strong understanding protocols of databases with proven analytical skills
- Understanding of commercial management (purchasing processes to invoicing etc)
- Knowledge of E-procurement protocols such as cXML, EDI, OCI…
- Strong interpersonal, presentation skills and relevant sales experience is of great advantage
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong project management skills
- Track record in delivering innovative solutions
- Ability to set up systems and processes for a further growing team
- Clear Disciplinary Record
- Clear credit record and criminal history
Salary Range : R15 000 -R20 000 plus car/travel allowance
