Duties & Responsibilities
- Warehouse driver load and unload any cargo and make sure that the delivery vehicle and any associated equipment remain clean, tidy, and in good working order.
- They follow safe lifting practices and help colleagues lift extremely heavy items to avoid injuries.
- Code 8 & 10 drivers licence.
- Dangerous goods licence.
- Assist with pickups and deliveries from suppliers.
- A Warehouse worker responsibilities include picking and packing items for dispatch (e.g. sorting, loading and unloading goods).
- Forklift licence.
- Any other miscellaneous duties pertaining to the warehouse.
