QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate qualification in Financial Accounting
Duties & Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
- Review of age analysis
- Preparing of credit review update reports
- Monitoring problem debtors account status
- Updating account receivable details required for group reporting
- Managing debtors and orders staff
- Preparation of GL recons for region’s profit centre
- Monthly reporting on income statement variances and financial critical performance indicators.
- Annual budget preparation
- New store loan accounts
- Drawing up loan schedules
- Accounting for loans on SAP
- Preparation of management reports, financial statements, and other financial related reports and correspondence
- Pulling daily bank statements for distribution
- Perform ad hoc tasks that are requested from time to time
Desired Experience & Qualification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working experience in Finance and Accounting related fields
- Credit Management
- MS Office (EXCEL - advanced level)
- SAP
