Product Engineering:

• Development of new products including Industrial Packaging as well as other products
• Consult with internal and external customers to ensure all design and process requirements are met
• Key design considerations: quality, cost of manufacture and production efficiency
• Continuous improvement of products and processes i.e. design changes, quality improvements and process improvements
• Generation of supporting documentation i.e. customer and manufacturing drawings, process work instructions, product fitment instructions and promotional materials.    

Project Management:

• Leadership and management of project progress from product design inception to process handover.

Problem Investigation:        

• Root cause analysis of product design and process problems
• Implementation of countermeasures

Qualification and Experience:

• National Diploma: Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years relevant work experience
• Staff management experience
• Experienced in MS Office
• 3D CAD modelling software
• Project management experience
