Description
An award winning road-freight and transportation company based in Pinetown is currently seeking a Debtors Supervisor to join their well-established team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sending Customers Credit Applications.
Daily billing of loads on TBS
Receipting drivers delivery notes for wages
Sending rate cards to customers.
Verifying information captured on Tbs is correct. This involves checking order no’s, any specific reference numbers and quantities.
Invoicing customers on Tbs and Pastel. This would also include preparing specific schedules that the customer may require.
Sending out invoices and Pod’s to customers (email / courier)
Preparation of our monthly Pastel Vs Tbs Recon. This would also include the group compilation.
Allocating customer receipts against remittances
Managing the portfolio of customers on the Age Analysis
Sending out monthly statements
Preparing the cash flow for month end receipts / collections
Calling customers to confirm payment details
Filling
Reporting any required information to Management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
Accounting certification – Diploma/Degree
Must have Pastel Evolution Experience
5 years experience as a Debtors Supervisor
Accounting knowledge
TBS experience will be an advantage.
