Min Requirements

• Matric with Maths and Accounting – Advantageous
• 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Debtors Clerk / General Accounts
• Knowledge of Sage Pastel and Pastel Partner/ sage one pastel
• Computer literate / Microsoft office
• Knowledge of Sage Pastel and Pastel Partner/ sage one pastel
• Strong administration skill

Requirements

• Reconciliations of debtor’s accounts
• Maintain and manage accurate debtors
• Maintain good relations with customers
• Determines which accounts are overdue
• Contact companies who owe money in writing or by telephone to recover the outstanding balance
• Make follow-up calls
• In non-payment cases, advise on decisions to ‘hand over’ to lawyers for collection
• Reporting on debtors’ progress
• Computer literate / Microsoft office
• Knowledge of Sage Pastel and Pastel Partner/ sage one pastel
• Strong administration skill
