One of our Freight Client in Bellville is looking for a Debtors Clerk with 2-3 years’ experience.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric / Grade 12
• 2-4 years Debtor’s experience
• Must have Logistics Industry experience
• Computer experience - Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management skills in order to adhere to strict deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurate generating of invoicing.
• Distribution of invoices, POD’s and month-end statements to clients.
• Debtors ageing management – make sure you follow up on outstanding invoices
• Assisting clients with queries in a professional manner
• Filing and general administrative work.
