Dealer Liaison / Dealer Agent
Our client in the automotive industry is looking for 2 young, dynamic and hardworking individuals to join their dealer liaison team that is based in the East Rand. They need someone who is passionate about their work, doesn't mind putting in long hours, and is determined to build a solid career.
Experience and skills required:
- Matric/Grade12
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Fluent in Business English (Read/Write/Speak)
- Fluent in Afrikaans (Read/Write/Speak)
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent administration skills
- The ability to build long lasting relationships with clients
- Successful candidates must be available to take calls and work remotely outside office hours
- When successful, a company laptop is supplied
- Own transport

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Service new and existing dealerships
- Sign up new clients
- Build relationships with existing dealers
- Liaise with multiple departments to get the correct information to clients
- Ensure that admin is kept up to date

- Ensure that all company rules and regulations are met by clients
- Work together in a team to reach team targets
