Create and lead a multi-discipline team focused on the implementation of the big data environment,

• Construction of mathematical models and doing predictive work using traditional statistics, machine learning, etc,
• Identify uses for and implement machine learning technics,
• Involvement in adhoc projects,

• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience, newly qualified or nearly qualified,
• Experience in project management,
• Experience in the Life Industry is preferable,
• Strong modelling and programming knowledge – SAS/SQL/Qlickview/R/Python essential,
• Experience with using actuarial modeling software such as Basys, Prophet or Moses as will count in the candidates favour,
• Experience with machine learning algorithms is preferable,
• Strong attention to detail,
• Good problem solving and analytical skills,
• Excellent communication and Excel skills,
• Motivated and a team player.
