Description
The establishment in question provides data protection and cyber security across a global IT environment. They provide their expertise, into business initiatives, to improve the security culture and compliance in a changing regulatory world and deliver appropriate security controls to protect businesses with a minimised impact and interference with end users. You, the successful candidate, will focus on security project work streams and continuous operational improvement of Cyber security controls and operations for a FTSE 250 global manufacturer whilst learning new skills.
Experience and Skills
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related degree.
- Vulnerability testing, risk analysis, security reviews/assessments
- Engineer, implement and maintain security solutions
- Test security solutions against industry standard analysis criteria
- SIEM platform management and tuning performance
- Threat hunting using key security information data sources
- Create and maintain security process and technical documentations
- Work with other IT teams to standardize compliance for secure infrastructure architecture across on-premises and cloud services
- Implement, maintain and contribute to corporate security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures with the rest of the Security & Identity Team
