Description
CallForce Direct are seeking Vibrant Customer Service Consultants to service customers in the USA via email, chat and voice platforms. This is a night shift position and requires dedication and commitment over the employment period.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To keep customers happy and successfully solve any problems that may arise, chat agents perform a range of tasks.
- Manages large amounts of incoming calls, emails, enquiries and bookings
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships and exceeding customer’s expectations.
- Working with the Team Leader to resolve issues that affect transit performance as and when identified on daily tracking system.
- Tracking purchases hourly and providing tracking reports to all customers promptly.
- Liaising with Operations Department to establish the service level failures and work on improvement and identify potential service failures.
- Initiate meetings with the team members to discuss and identify problems faced daily in order to improve service levels.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (NQF4)
- Excellent communication and written skills (please send a one-page motivation with your CV)
- Customer service call centre experience (1 year +)
- Dealing with international clients (Advantageous but not required)
- Ability to work rotating night shifts due to time difference with USA (21:00pm - 09:00am rotational)
- Own vehicle (preference)
- Must be available immediately
- Training is provided
- Limited to South African Citizens
Salary: per productive hour rate + Travel and shift allowances
