CallForce Direct is a specialised Call Centre recruitment company focusing on human development and empowerment of South Africans within the Call Centre environment.
Our client, a reputable provider in the USA are seeking experienced and dedicated customer service consultants in the Cape Town region.
Successful applicants will receive full product and systems training.Contract position with possibility of Permenant contract
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:
• Servicing all key stakeholders telephonically and via other servicing channels as required until the query has been resolved
• Servicing our members in a customer centric way to ensure that we live by our service principles
• Keeping up to date with product changes to ensure that all key stakeholders are accurately serviced
• Continuously staying abreast of all digital servicing tools within the business and ensuring that the functionality is fully understood
• Achieving and exceeding key performance metrics relating to service delivery
Requirements:
- Matric (NQF4)
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Minimum 12 months experience in an international customer service environment (Essential)
- Ability to work rotating night shifts due to time difference with USA (22:00pm - 08:00am rotational)
- Own vehicle (preference)
- Must be available immediately
- Clear criminal record
- Limited to South African Citizens
Salary: per hour rate + Travel and shift allowances
