Duties & Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer queries relating to domain names, ordering, customer accounts and billing administration.
- Resolving the above queries via the telephone or email.
- Collaborating with various members of the team to reach the desired goal of providing great customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification an advantage.
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- 2 years' experience in a customer-service / customer-support environment.
- Great attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
