Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent cusomter service to customers
- Update customer database
- Processing of samples
- Preparing and sending of quotes
- Checking of terms of payment and delivery conditions
- Monitor contracts, prices, payment terms and order quantities
- Managing customer complaints
- Issue credit notes
- Assist the Sales- and Botanical Extracts departments with pricing and conditions of delivery
- Assist Lab to arrange customer visits
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Relevant Diploma or Degree (Sales/Marketing or similar)
- 5 years Customer Service experience in the Food and Beverage Industry
- Experience in the Rooibos/Botanical indutries
- Experience in international markets (dealing with international clients)
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Own transport
- Good numeric and computer skills
- Able to work on SAP
