Duties & Responsibilities
ROLE
- CP QSB is the single point of contact for all Sensors within the plant
- Facilitate containment and pro-actively reduce Series supplier quality related topics
- Prioritise workload for the Service Provider CP Team
- Generates the shift handover report and attends the Production meeting
- Investigates best possible immediate containment action when deemed a potential supplier topic
- Approves the Sort Action Work instruction
- Raises a Quality Incident to notify other business locations and the supplier of the defect
- Willingness to work shifts as the Customer Protection Team ensures 24 hour coverage for Assembly.
Desired Experience & Qualification
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years Automotive experience, Assembly online or Offline
- Engineering Degree or Trade Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering OR Trade Certificate
- 5 years within a manufacturing area, preferably Assembly Online/ Offline.
- Working experience in automotive industry
- Open to SA Citizens / Permanent Residents
- Ability to negotiate with process partners internally and agree on problem ownership.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to make and enforce decisions.
- Ability to apply Quality problem-solving tools, efficiently.
