Description

We are currently seeking experienced Customer On-Boarding & Validation Consultants, for our client in the Telecommunication Industry, for a 6 Months Contract, based in Midrand.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • A multi-skilled resource who will be required manually capture data from applications forms onto the various on boarding systems
  • Verify and validate FICA / KYC related information
  • Resolve queries when escalated from 1st line support as it pertains to applications and / or KYC documentation
  • Act in support to the Supervisor Business Operations

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • At least 3 to 5 years prior experience within a bank’s transactional (cheque) account back office and / or a FICA / AML area of a bank
  • Exposure to bank account queries and validations
  • Administrative Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Financial skills

Package & Remuneration

Contract: 6 Months

Salary: R135 - R145 per hour
