Description
We are currently seeking experienced Customer On-Boarding & Validation Consultants, for our client in the Telecommunication Industry, for a 6 Months Contract, based in Midrand.
Duties & Responsibilities
- A multi-skilled resource who will be required manually capture data from applications forms onto the various on boarding systems
- Verify and validate FICA / KYC related information
- Resolve queries when escalated from 1st line support as it pertains to applications and / or KYC documentation
- Act in support to the Supervisor Business Operations
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- At least 3 to 5 years prior experience within a bank’s transactional (cheque) account back office and / or a FICA / AML area of a bank
- Exposure to bank account queries and validations
- Administrative Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Analytical Skills
- Financial skills
Package & Remuneration
Contract: 6 Months
Salary: R135 - R145 per hour
