Seeking a candidate with experience in a Customer Experience Advisor position that MUST know SAP

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver solutions to customer queries
  • Process orders, conversion of quotes, answer emails and update customer details
  • Online conversion and support
  • Timely and proactive handling of customer enquiries to prevent complaints
  • Resolution of complaints should they arise
  • Manage customer relationships. Capture and provide info relevant to customers
  • Maintain and update customer contact data
  • Identify and load sales leads

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • Customer Service / Call Centre qualification
  • 3 + years experience in a Customer Service / Call Centre role
  • Computer Literate
  • MUST HAVE SAP experience
  • Communication skills
