Seeking a candidate with experience in a Customer Experience Advisor position that MUST know SAP
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver solutions to customer queries
- Process orders, conversion of quotes, answer emails and update customer details
- Online conversion and support
- Timely and proactive handling of customer enquiries to prevent complaints
- Resolution of complaints should they arise
- Manage customer relationships. Capture and provide info relevant to customers
- Maintain and update customer contact data
- Identify and load sales leads
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Customer Service / Call Centre qualification
- 3 + years experience in a Customer Service / Call Centre role
- Computer Literate
- MUST HAVE SAP experience
- Communication skills
