Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and accurate solutions to multi-channel incoming customer enquiries by providing customer and product support as per SLA.
- Convert customers online by guiding them through online product selection and online transacting.
- Accurate processing of quotes and orders on SAP, quote conversion and assistance with quote and order related queries.
- Responsible for product inspections and investigations within the goods return process.
- Timely, effective and proactive handling of customer enquiries to prevent complaints. Use WOW actions to exceed customer expectations and resolve complaints should they arise.
- Management of shared mailbox as per set policy.
- Assist, support and share knowledge regarding Products and product ranges within the Customer Experience team.
- Administrative tasks
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Customer Service / Call Centre qualification
- 3 + years experience in a Customer Service / Call Centre role
- Computer Literate
- SAP experience
- Communication skills
