  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Processes customer changes according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Works closely with the collections department to resolve disputed outstanding fees.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Partners with other internal teams to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
  • Determines requirements by working with customers.
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
  • Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
