Duties & Responsibilities
Handling of all inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner • The provision of Customer Service, following up on queries, providing timeous feedback with the most appropriate responses, with good analytical and prompt decision making skills • Handle irate customers, negotiate and resolve problems in an amicable and professional way • Collecting and updating the company’s system with relevant data • Consolidating, sorting and filing all the documents • Upholding the highest levels of integrity and fairly representing the company in a reputable and professional manner in all correspondence with customers • Embracing of new ways of working in unpredictable environments • Building and maintaining good relations with various departments within the company • Executing ad-hoc roles within the company
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 • Superb Communication skills (verbal and written) • Minimum of 6 months of experience providing customer service telephonically and general admin • Computer Literate and Familiar with Microsoft Office
