Duties & Responsibilities
- Be fully responsible for project operation management and operation effect. Control quality, building progress and safety of the whole project ;
- Responsible for the project cost control and Be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget within scope;
- Manage the foremen, arrange the process of project reasonably and ensure quality of building to meet the standard
Desired Experience & Qualification
1.A BC degree or above and at least 3 years related experience ;
2. Excellent leadership skills ;
3. Good communication skills;
4. A strong consciousness of responsibility and dedication;
5. Drivers license and own transport;
