Thorough training on sourcing properties, signing mandates, marketing properties, selling leasing and financing properties. One-on-one support with personalised skills development of your negotiation skills. We get out of the office with you and show you how it is done.
Requirements: We train from the ground up so all you need is a matric qualification and your own vehicle. You will need qualities including integrity, grit, tenacity, eloquence and fluent command of the English language.
We provide 3 to 6 months basic salary of R7000 plus full fuel cost refund and 25% of all commissions earned in the training period. Laptop, cell phone and R500 cell phone allowance. Full infrastructure and support from our offices including breakfast, cappuccinos, limitless calls and the fastest fiber available.
First year earners range from R400 000 to XXX-XXXX (actual before tax income) for the year.
