Duties & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for collections agents to join a company that assist clients with daily billing, collection of medical aid claims, monthly performance updates, account status and more.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with debt collection;
- Previous experience within the medical/medical aid industries would be advantageous;
- Must be confident on the phone;
- Exceptional recordkeeping and interpersonal skills.
