Insurance CAL - Health Insurance and Supply Management

To support our bold ambition, we are looking to appoint a Client Account lead for Health Insurance. While being a key member of the IQbusiness Insurance team, you will perform a key role in setting up the Partner and Channel Distribution function that will drive significant growth and support the bold ambition of being the leading Business Services provider for the insurance sector.

The role leads and delivers on the strategy to expand the Insurance Consulting business in the Health Insurance space. The role demands a strong background in Medical-Aid, Health Insurance, Supplier Management. Commercial acumen to deliver solutions and strategies and the ability to deliver business outcomes through collaboration with the utilization of IQbusiness capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and own the Health Channel relationships and sales.
  • Drive and own the revenue growth from the Health Channel as agreed with the Insurance Industry lead.
  • Define and agree on the commercial model and governance that will drive revenue growth.
  • Establish a network of partners, ensuring governance, non-compete and strong sales motions. Partners to include, but not limited to:
  • System Integrators, Management, and Boutique Consulting Service Organisations
  • Distributors - to build scale.
  • Vendors - Drive motion to couple products and drive joint go-to-market opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with Customers, identifying key stakeholders, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with IQbusiness leadership and all members of the team.
