REQUIREMENTS: Appropriate SAQA-recognised undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in Human Resource Management or Social Science. Postgraduate qualification (NQF level 8) in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage. Minimum of 8 to 10 years�?? experience in Human Resource Management at a Senior Management level preferably in the Public service and or Health Sector. Driver�??s licence. Proven, experience and through understanding of the human resources management value chain the Health Sector. Understanding of HR business partnering.

Key Accountabilities:
DUTIES:
- Provide leadership and management of HRA, Recruitment Selection, Transformation Organisational Design, OSD Implementation and Labour Relations.
- Develop and Implement an HRM Strategy and Implementation Plan.
- Ensure Operational Plans are developed and aligned to the Department�??s key strategic goals.
- Provide the required PERSAL data for strategic support of the department goals and objectives.
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of an organisational structure that is in line with and supporting the strategic objectives of the Department.
- Ensure a workforce that is equitably represented at all levels and ensure compliance with the Employment Equity Act.
- Facilitate development and compliance of EEA implementation throughout the organisation. Implement, monitor WISN roll-out in the province.
- Lead and manage labour relations.
- Provide HR support services to operational staff in line with business requirements and departmental strategy.
- Manage Human Resource Management functions in the Chief Directorate.
- Develop, provide and maintain policies, plans, systems and processes to implement Organisational development and transformation.
- Maintain and align development of HRM Operational Plan. Guide and render effective managerial and strategic coordination of activities relating to HRM.
- Provide and maintain integrity of reliability of PERSAL data and alignment to OSD titles.
- Integrate HRM processes with other processes in the Department.
- Establish processes for ensuring that the Department has adequate human resource and maintain good relations within the Department and with internal stakeholders.
