Our Client, a busy restaurant in Nelspruit, is currently seeking a Chef.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimal experience of 5 years
- Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (would be advantageous)
- Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts (would be advantageous)
Duties include but not limited to:
- Food costing
- Managing and leading of staff
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
- Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Good leadership qualities
