Seeking a Change Manager for Banking Industry in Jhb.
6 month contract position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide dedicated Change Management Services.
You will work on specific projects: change management strategy and delivery, stakeholder management, assessment and embedment.
Build and sustain client relationships and understand potential impacts of key stakeholders
Manage the change components of projects and deliver on time, within budget and with requisite quality standards and uptake of the change initiative.
Make a business impact by delivering results that leave a lasting effect or difference
Engage key stakeholders to better understand their vision of seccess and help them identify how they can contribute to the overall vision of success.
Propose improvement to workflow and application of processes
Work in collaboration with the Systems Training team
Desired Experience & Qualification
5 years experience in Change Management in Banking Industry
Inter-personal relations skills
Presentation and communication skills
A minimum of a B degree, advanced Diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products and SharePoint
Stakeholder management skills
Understanding a project lifestyle and environment
Solid understanding of change activities and processes on large projects
