Duties & Responsibilities
Our client based in Parktown North is looking for either a candidate attorney or a junior attorney (newly admitted)
Experience:
- Litigation experience
- Foreclosure experience would be first prize (knowledge of Rule 46 of the Uniform Rules of Court)
- Drafting of summons, pleadings (any and all court documents)
- Admin orientated, attention to detail
- Comfortable to appear in Court if need be
- Work long hours if needed
- Must be able to handle pressure well and must be a TEAM PLAYER
- Own reliable transport
Qualifications:
- LLB Degree
- Newly Admitted Attorney
Package & Remuneration
R180 000.00 to R200 000.00
