Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Camp Manager for a Luxury Lodge in the Sabi Sands.

The Camp Manager supports the Lodge Manager and enables the Lodge to provide efficient guest service and to create a warm and welcoming feel for the guests.

Requirements:

• High Level of focus on Guest Experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiar with all duties and procedures in the Front as well as all-round lodge experience.
• A formal Hospitality Qualification (advantageous)
• Able to fill in as Lodge Manager, when required.
• Previous experience managing a 5* property in a remote area.
• Staff training
• Compile lodge month-end reports
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and lodge staff members
• Exceptional Food & Beverage Knowledge
