Description
We're seeking a Call Centre Agent - Contract position for a client to be based in Claremont , Cape Town
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
- Management and resolve customer complaints.
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide product and service information to customers
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Must have Call centre experience – at least 6 months
- Must speak Xhosa and or other African languages
Package & Remuneration
- R40.00 per hour
