Description
One of our clients in the electronic engineering Industry, is looking for an experienced CAD CAM Operator with specialised skills to assist with the effective running of the Camming Department
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle queries from Engineering and camming
- Liaise with sales on queries
- Step and repeat jobs from Engineering
- Produce Drill, Rout and Score files
- Produce Step and repeat files for photo plotting
- Fix Drill, Rout and Score files for old jobs for production
- Re-cam old jobs into new software for new production tools
- Produce production files for imports
- Register all work done in Cam Book and Bosco Tracking Cam Input
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Must have S4 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Must have knowledge of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing Software (CAD/CAM Software)
- Must have 2-5 years working experience
- Must understand electronic circuit design principles and electronic manufacturing processes (pick and place equipment processes)
- Must understand PCB Layout and design
- Must be fluent in English (read & write)
