Description
A leading organization in the insurance industry is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team of Analysts. This individual should be able to identify business needs and requirements. The individual should also be able to work with a variety of stakeholders designing solutions, managing expectations, mitigating risks, and delivering results
Duties & Responsibilities
Description:
- Responsible for analyzing problems, co-creating solutions with the development team.
- Workshop facilitation in order to collect client requirements and perform analysis for projects.
- Responsible for story definition, story writing, and acceptance criteria
- Managing execution, highlighting risks and dependencies, and resolving conflicts (where necessary).
- Ensuring that the solutions as implemented meet expectations.
- Drive and support effective teamwork within the department.
- Keeping project scope in check (in conjunction with Product Owner).
- Conduct system integration and functional testing.
- Support the rollout of new technical solutions and /or changes.
- Assist operational support area
- Seek opportunities to continuously improve the current system.
Education:
BA qualification required
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years Business Analysis experience
- Agile SDLC experience essential
- Employee Benefits and/or Financial Services industry experience preferred
