Desired Experience & Qualification
DESCRIPTION:
This role requires a Business Analyst with at least two years BA experience in a Scrum/Agile environment and an excellent understanding of internet products and technology. You must be able to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for both changes to existing product functionality as well as new functionality and relay these into User Stories for different Scrum Teams.

SKILLS & OTHER REQUIRED:
Degree and a Business Analysis Diploma
At least two years Business Analysis experience in a Scrum/Agile environment
Scrum certification a definite advantage
Good documentation skills coupled with attention to detail
Solid experience in Agile development principles
Good facilitation and team interaction skills
