Tasks

• Responsible for systems process analysis, design and simulation both current and future state
• Assist in conducting mapping sessions with business units to facilitate process enhancement and change in terms of business strategies
• Process mapping of current HR processes and future sate of the processes
• Team engagement required with Client project team and HR business stakeholders and within the Company group

Qualifications and experience

• Essential

• Relevant tertiary qualification in the field of Business Analysis
• Proven track record of working in a project environment as a Business Analyst
• The ability to convert a business process into a specification for development or training utilization
• Ensure all requirements adhere to relevant IT governance and compliance

• SAP Technical Knowledge
