Responsibilities:

- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.

- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.

- Creating functional specifications for solutions.

- Documenting everything in Confluence and LucidChart
-
- Estimating costs and identifying business savings.
-
- Rigorous and thorough testing of solutions before and after deployment.

- UAT of all new and existing systems
Profile
Qualifications:
- BSc or BCom in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management
Skills / Experience:
- Ability to solve complicated business problems with documented and well thought out solutions.
- Outstanding documentation and technical writing skills.
- Understanding of various technologies including:
- Python / Django | AWS | VueJS | Quick Base.
- Previous exposure to telco’s and network operators is a big bonus.
