Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager in Mozambique travelling to various locations to voersee projected. The experienced candidate would be responsible for sales, management and operational control.
Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve the set budgeted sales on an ongoing basis
Increase market share
Report branch financial performance monthly
Manage staff
Managing teams on construction sites
Maintain company's SOP's and SHEQ policies and procedures
Expand the scope of work beyond current services
Based in Pemba and required to travel country-wide
Desired Experience & Qualification
5-10 years Branch Manager/Senior Project Manager experience.
Knowledge of insulation (Hot, Cold and Cryogenic)
Knowledge of scaffolding and painting/fireproof products.
Financial and admin skills.
Ability to build a good relationship between local and international customers.
The ability to relate and interact with stakeholders of Mozambique
Proficiency in Portuguese or Swahili will be highly adventageous
