Job Description

- Drafting commercial contracts and legal opinions

- Project finance transactions
- Securitisations
- Syndicated and bilateral financing structures
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications
- LLB Degree
- LLM in Banking/Corporate Law advantageous
- Admitted Attorney
Skills
- 2 years post articles experience in Banking and Finance law
