Description
Desired Experience & Qualification
The ctc salary will be up to R16 000 per month and will be determined by working experience.
The salary will include a provident fund and a company vehicle.
The Skills Trainer will travel to restaurants in the area and sleep-outs will be required.
Requirements:
Grade 12
This is an equity position
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Coffee Industry
Training skills
Computer literacy – MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Outlook)
Valid driver’s license older than 12 months
Familiar with all aspects of Espresso and Filter from Roasting process to Brewing
Basic knowledge and understanding of all coffee equipment i.e. filter, espresso and grinding machines
Knowledge of Water Management: Filtration and TDS an advantage
Duties will include:
Support and training of staff
Classroom- and online training sessions. Virtually and in person
Assessments as per the operations campaign and Service Level Agreement for all Brands
Compile a report with all monthly training activities and submit to the Regional Training Manager
Feedback reports with each store visit
Product audits of all FBCA products in store
Administration work as and when required
Provide new store openings support
Keep updated with Brand requirements and specifications
