Description
Our client who is an engendered BBBEE compliant law firm specialising in commercial debt collections and property law, is looking to employ a Debt Recovery / Collection Agent with 3 Years of previous bank debt collection & recoveries experience to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Debt collections / Recoveries for Absa Portfolio
- Clerical duties in debt collection department
- Operating of debt collection program
- Make corresponding notes on collections system
- Once a month Overtime on a Saturday
- Must be able to work on call campaigns
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Gr 12 / Matric
- Clear ITC judgment record
- FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS
- Previous experience in working on Excalibur / AJS
- At least 2 - 3 years experience in debt collection, call centre environment
- Knowledge of legal process
Package & Remuneration
R 6, 500.00 - R 8 000.00 per month
