We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Backend Developer. The successful candidate will work closely with an existing development team to implement new features and enhancements on a new application as well as maintenance and support of the application going forward in production. We will stretch your skills in designing, creating and delivering well-tested backend engines that do the heavy lifting andnumber-crunching which, in turn, deliver a rich user experience and business value to our clients.

• Feature addition and bug fixing in C#
• Create SOP’s and guide the Support team in identifying and fixing production issues
• Web services – create and consume API’s
• Design, develop, test, implement reports and dashboards that utilize the underlying data
• Design and develop clean, efficient, extensible and fast code for data processing and serving front-end applications
• Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented for your sphere of influence
• Implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes
• Good to have: Configure and optimize MongoDB NoSQL databases; Maintain and debug MongoDB production issues like efficiency and speed

• An IT related qualification such as BSc Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent degree would be preferred but is not essential
• 5+ years’ experience in the Microsoft stack
• Proficiency in MongoDB would be beneficial
• Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
