The Role:
As a Makosi Audit Ninja, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the overall client experience by developing, building and maintaining impactful and lasting relationships with our clients.
Senior Audit Consultants take part in audits of a portfolio of global client accounts as you are embedded in the company's team and culture while forming part of the Makosi family where your growth and development is our primary concern. As one of our Makosi Rockstars, discuss your career aspirations with a Journey Advocate and identify steps you need to take to grow into an Engagement Manager or to transition into Transactions Advisory, Technical Accounting or even our Head Office team.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Completed articles at a mid to large professional accounting firm and an ITC pass as a minimum
- CA(SA) preferred
- Extensive experience in project management, audit planning and assurance
- Strong current knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB, SPAC or SEC Reporting would be advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel, including internationally
