We are looking for an ASSITANT MANAGEMENT COUPLE for a beach lodge in the Western Cape.

The ideal couple must have at least 2 years experience in a bush/lodge environment, ideally in a management postion .

Between the couple, one needs to have strong guiding/trails skills (knowledge of marine life and fynbos an advantage)  together with reasonable maintenance skills, the other having strong lodge management/admin skills.Other requirements include:- Valid first aid certificate

- Good computer skills and competent in Excel
- Strong administrative skills
- Motivation for excellence with a fine eye for detail
- Experience in staff management and labour relations
- Excellent organisational skills- Excellent guest relation skillsStart date: As soon as possibleRenumeration: R apply below – R22 000  per couple per month depending on skills and experience, plus accommodation and food.Working cycle: 3 weeks on and 1 week off
