Responsibilities

  • As the Assistant Head of Professional Development, you will be at the forefront of educational research and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with the Head of Professional Development to design and implement a cutting-edge staff development program.
  • Identifying emerging trends and research in teacher development and translating these insights into impactful learning opportunities for our educators.
  • Leading and facilitating professional development sessions that inspire, challenge, and empower our teaching staff.
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, where teachers are encouraged to experiment with new pedagogical approaches and share their insights.
