Area Manager required to manage clients in the mining sector in Welkom and the surrounding areas

• Develop and manage relationship with key clients
• Act as a product specialist and main point of contact for all clients in assigned territory
• Conduct a thorough needs analysis of all clients and offer products that meet their requirements
• Build customer confidence and trust in order to development the key account and grow the business
• New business development
• Ensure that all orders are delivered to customers timeously; in the event of delays or stock shortages, communicate revised delivery times and keep the customer informed
• Resolve customer complaints or problems effectively and timeously to ensure that sound business relationships are maintained
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for management
