Duties & Responsibilities
This is a remote position.

Role Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership for the requirements, design and implementation of a major product.
- Guiding customers through the requirements gathering, designing and documentation process, ensuring that it fits within the OSS/BSS infrastructure.
- Ensuring technical viability of solutions and change requests.
- Identifying, resolving and mitigating technical issues and risks.
- Creating / validating work estimates and skills required to assist the lead architect.
- Creating a design that meets the customer requirements, ensuring that it fits within the OSS/BSS infrastructure.
- Following / promoting the agreed best practices and their supporting documentation.
- Providing technical task identification, work estimates and skills required to assist the PM.
- Coordinating with development / test teams.
- Providing technical leadership through the design, build, test and delivery process.
- Managing technical customer interactions from the kick off through go live.
- Coaching / mentoring other project members.
- Taking ownership of the design and implementation of a major product.
- Providing feedback to the product development organisation for improvements, market trends and product issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- Working experience with any leading BSS products.
- Broad understanding of business technology, networks and data structures.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex problems that require complex methods or theories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to suitably adapt communication based on the audience, e.g. technical vs. management.
- Ability to prioritise effectively within and across one or more assignments.
- Ability to travel domestic and international for extended duration onsite based on requirements of the project.
- Non-standard work hours may be required and the ability to be on-call.
