Job Description
This Small but busy Firm with 2 Directors and a Senior Associate and Junior Attorneys are seeking 2 more well-experienced Litigation Attorneys to join their team. One position is available from 1 December and the other from early January. Our Client is seeking a more experienced Attorney with 3-5 years post article experience. This role will work mostly with Family, Civil litigation and Employment/Labour Law. Experience in these areas of law is not a must if experienced in other areas of litigation as long as willing to learn and apply self in these areas. The firm does a lot of work for Legal Insurance Companies (Set Tariffs for Panels.) The firm has sufficient work coming in to keep Associates busy. Seeking a solid and experienced worker with some knowledge of how to write fees, do the work, get the products out and bring fees in to make and exceed targets set. Basic plus Commission paid quarterly (25% of everything made over target.)

LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney.

Quarterly Incentives on achievement of Targets: The Attorney needs to bring in R60,000 Nett per month (After tax and disbursements) and then you will earn 25% of every rand made thereafter - Paid Quarterly (So R180 000 Nett Over 3 Months.)
