St Cyprian’s School is looking to appoint an Aftercare Supervisor, effective January 2024. The school has created and offered for many years, a quality aftercare programme in which our children feel safe and cared for and their self-worth is nurtured. Their environment assures that they spend the afternoons as busy and engaged young people.
The position of supervisor requires a candidate who, apart from meeting the skills requirements, demonstrates extraordinary soft skills and characteristics to complement these requirements. This position needs a person who is physically robust and can work with many distractions, interruptions and still accomplish their objectives of providing a safe, nurturing and enriching environment for children after regular school hours

- Have proven knowledge of early child development practices
- Can demonstrate by way of experience your ability to plan and organise activities
- Can demonstrate your strong organisational skills
- Display excellent communication skills
- Are computer literate
- Enjoy working in a team
- Thrive on managing a team and creating a positive team dynamic
